This role will drive end-to-end program management for business continuity, disaster recovery, regional resiliency, and security controls that ensure our infrastructure and services meet the highest standards of availability, compliance, and operational excellence.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, security, compliance, and business stakeholders to design and build scalable and auditable systems that align with both operational and regulatory requirements. This is a high-impact role with visibility and influence across the organization.

The Technical Program Manager will:

  • Own and drive reliability programs for AI-optimized hyperscaler infrastructure and services, ensuring alignment with business goals and SLAs.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives such as BCP table-top exercise, chaos engineering, capacity planning, and disaster recovery testing for AI/ML workloads.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML and Production Engineering teams to optimize training and inference pipelines for fault tolerance, cost efficiency, and scalability.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, providing transparency on reliability risks, trade-offs, and program status to leadership.
  • Partner with engineering teams to define reliability metrics (SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, RTO, RPO) and enforce best practices in incident prevention.
  • Develop and implement frameworks to proactively identify risks, reduce failure modes, and improve mean time to recovery (MTTR).
  • Oversee tooling and automation investments to enhance observability, automated remediation, and predictive maintenance.
  • Define and document reliability standards, ensuring consistency across deployments and regions.

Investing in our people is one of our top priorities, and we value candidates who can bring their diversified experiences to our teams. Here are some qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. We'd love to talk about whether this aligns with your experience and Interests and what you’re excited to work on next.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of technical program management experience in cloud infrastructure, SRE, or security-and-compliance focused roles with experience in large-scale distributed systems or AI/ML environments.
  • Deep understanding in reliability engineering, including BCP, RTO/RPO, failover design, disaster recovery and operational excellence.
  • Experience working with compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, etc.) and aligning engineering efforts to meet control requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Security, Product, and Compliance.
  • Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives with attention to detail and a bias for action.
  • Strong project management skills (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-scale cloud or AI infrastructure environments.
  • Familiarity with observability platforms, infrastructure-as-code, and compliance tooling.
