Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Storytelling and Social Growth Lead for our next breakout product, Agent Opus. You will shape the narrative of generational AI products and build its awareness, momentum, and adoption, turning product innovation into cultural moments that stand out in a crowded market.

  • You understand how attention actually moves, with a sharp sense of creating content that teaches something new, inspires, or entertains in ways that people want to share and engage with.

  • You are comfortable being unconventional in a crowded market, and you know safe marketing loses.

  • You make bold bets with clear hypotheses, then double down or kill fast.

Responsibilities:
  • Own positioning, messaging, and the core brand narrative that clearly differentiates us and resonates with the broad audiences tired of AI model fatigue and lookalike AI video apps.

  • Own our organic social strategy and content engine to grow social presence through product showcases, community led content, and our top tier brand partners network from our Creator Partnerships team.

  • Pilot and run social distribution tactics and find winning product launch patterns or campaigns that convert attention into product usage. Plus build the playbooks that turn these experiments into repeatable motions.

  • Bring a build-for-virality mindset, partner closely with the Product team to shape features and validate use cases that naturally spread across our core ICPs and fuel PLG.

Qualifications:
  • You've successfully built audiences for yourself or 4+ years experience in a content leadership role for high-growth brands. (Please include your social media links or your portfolio link).

  • You have exceptional taste in video content and hands-on experience creating videos with AI tools.

  • You're a scrappy executor and pioneer to lead content experiments of turning creative ideas into measurable business impact.

  • You thrive in 0->1 stage's ambiguity and chaos, and never hesitate to step outside defined scopes to drive real impact.

What We Offer!
  • Competitive Base Salary + Equity + Bonus

    • Bonus Range: $12,000 - $55,000

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.

  • Global team offsite.

  • A challenging but exciting work environment with a strong culture of innovation and entrepreneurship.

  • Opportunities for advancement and career growth.

Location (Remote):
  • US (Remote) - Preferred West Coast (San Francisco/Palo Alto)

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
