  • Build and manage centralized resource hubs that keep the Strategic Accounts team aligned, informed, and efficient.
  • Support quota reporting, sales forecasting, and Annual Operating Plan inputs that shape strategy and drive accountability.
  • Act as the go-between for Product and Strategic Accounts—translating rollouts into clear, actionable updates for internal and external teams.
  • Lead the coordination and planning of product-related meetings and communications, ensuring stakeholders stay synced and focused.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to craft engaging materials and resources that support education and adoption.
  • Maintain and evolve our strategic content library, including QBR decks and client-ready materials that reflect our top priorities.
  • Represent Strategic Accounts in key cross-functional efforts, contributing insights and helping connect the dots across teams.
  • Spot gaps, recommend smarter processes, and help us move faster and more effectively in a high-velocity environment.
The Experience You Bring
  • 2–4 years of program management experience, with 4–5+ years working cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales, or operations.
  • 2+ years in sales analytics or a related field, with hands-on experience in forecasting, reporting, or sales comp analysis.
  • Expert-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with a sharp eye for detail and clarity in documentation.
  • A knack for organizing complex information—you're the person who builds systems others rely on.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to simplify ideas, align stakeholders, and foster clarity across teams.
  • Track record of proactively identifying problems and designing solutions that boost team efficiency.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities with a sense of ownership, focus, and follow-through.
  • Experience creating scalable internal tools, templates, and resources that help teams do their best work.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
