Summary

The Strategic Partner Events Manager will lead Deel’s event execution for our Strategic Partners. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of global co-branded and partner-led events with partners such as AWS, Workday, SAP, and others. This role is critical to scaling Deel’s visibility and co-selling motion through efficient, high-impact partner activations.

You’ll work cross-functionally with partner marketing, field event marketing, and enterprise sales to amplify partner value, generate demand, and drive measurable outcomes through events.


Responsibilities

  • Manage Deel’s presence at priority partner-led and co-hosted events, including AWS Summits, Workday Rising, SAP Sapphire, and smaller regional programs (dinners/roundtables/etc.).

  • Collaborate with partner marketing, partner sales, enterprise sales campaigns, and the broader events team to develop integrated strategies that align with partner goals and Deel’s revenue objectives.

  • Build events that go beyond brand - own event performance metrics, track results, and deliver reporting that demonstrates clear impact on pipeline and partner engagement.

  • Oversee booth planning, staffing, speaking sessions, hosted experiences, and onsite activations that bring the Deel brand to life.

  • Coordinate VIP dinners, executive roundtables, or co-hosted experiences with partners that target decision-makers and elevate Deel’s market position.

  • Build repeatable frameworks for engaging in partner events that ensure consistency and high-impact execution across regions.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, preferably with a focus on strategic partner or co-marketing events

  • Proven success managing high-visibility programs with partners like AWS, Workday, SAP, or similar

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who can influence without authority and build trust quickly

  • Comfortable with data - able to measure impact and make strategic recommendations

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple events and priorities simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot,Looker, and Swoogo tools preferred

  • Willingness to travel for event execution (30–40%)

  • Prior experience working at a SaaS or HR tech company with a co-selling and referral ecosystem

  • Familiarity with co-marketing or joint GTM motions with technology partners

  • Understanding of global payroll or HR compliance landscapes
