InfoTrust is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Lead to own and grow revenue through our network of agency and technology partners. This role is responsible for generating $1m in annual net revenue by working closely with partners to identify joint opportunities, co-sell into shared accounts, and position complementary technologies to our clients.

You’ll develop trusted relationships with partner organizations — from sales teams to client services — and work closely with our internal teams to align partnership initiatives with InfoTrust’s go-to-market strategy. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, strategy, and partner collaboration.

Core Responsibilities

Partner-Driven Sales & Revenue

  • Own a $1M annual net revenue target, generating pipeline with low activation partners and net new partners
  • Collaborate with agency and technology partners to co-sell and close mutually beneficial deals
  • Build trusted relationships with partner sales, marketing, and client-facing teams
  • Create and execute joint account strategies, sales plays, and referral programs

Partnership Activation & Growth

  • Source and qualify new partners aligned with our ICP and solution offerings
  • Identify ways partners can introduce InfoTrust to their clients and vice versa
  • Support the sale of partner technology to InfoTrust clients where appropriate
  • Drive awareness and enablement of InfoTrust services among partner ecosystems

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal Sales, Marketing, and Solutions teams to align partner activities with company goals
  • Participate in partner marketing initiatives (events, webinars, campaigns)
  • Track performance metrics such as partner-sourced revenue, referral volume, and engagement health

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development roles in a B2B tech or consulting environment
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Strong relationship-building skills with experience engaging partner and client stakeholders
  • Familiarity with analytics (e.g., GA4, Adobe, Amplitude) and how organizations make decisions with data
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently and drive initiatives forward

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at an analytics or full service digital marketing agency
  • Background in media management.
  • Strong understanding of how to create win-win value propositions in partnerships
  • Experience working in a quota-carrying sales role

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
