Job description:

The Strategic Program Manager is the implementation and delivery lead for our Strategic clients, ensuring action plans and accountability across all relevant functions. This role drives governance, ensuring consistent and transparent communication. Collaborating closely with the Strategic Account Team, the Manager implements best practices and creates a top-tier engagement model to maintain a healthy customer base.


Essential Function & Responsibilities:

Implementation Phase:

  • Collaborate with CSP and AM to finalize SOW and manage client expectations.
  • Coordinate with Operations to allocate resources and schedule per the SOW.
  • Plan and manage weekly workloads and priorities for assigned Analysts.
  • Ensure deployment aligns with SOW and meets quality standards before client release.
  • Manage timely customer input for the project plan.
  • Provide weekly status reports to clients and PriceSpider management.
  • Serve as the main client contact, handling escalations and engaging necessary resources for resolutions.

 

Management of Subscription:

  • Work closely with Learning and Development to meet product training needs in line with SOW.
  • Gather client's custom requirements and relay them to Product and Engineering.
  • Coordinate decision-making with Strategic Account leadership to prioritize client-led
  • change requests.
  • Report and facilitate transparent communication for alignment with the client.
  • Provide weekly status updates to clients and PriceSpider management, handling
  • escalations as needed.
  • Continue as the main client contact, supporting evolving needs, special projects, and
  • product adoption.

 

Ongoing:

  • Advocate for clients internally.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews for client success, upsell, and renewal.
  • Offer technical guidance for configuration and integrations tailored to clients' needs.
  • Act as a liaison with PriceSpider's teams to address technical hurdles and enhance the client experience.
  • Collaborate with Ops, Engineering, and Product Management for smooth onboarding and custom requests.
  • Communicate software or algorithm changes and advise on mitigations.
  • Handle service disruptions with proactive communications and escalation management.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field, MBA or Masters degree (preferred) 
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Data Operations, Tech Consulting, Customer Success, Tech Solutions, or Solutions Architecture.
  • Experience with tier-one SaaS or DaaS customers.
  • Proficient in IT systems, including Looker.
  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Experience managing remote teams in complex environments.
  • Effective communication and influence at all levels.
  • Strong prioritization, multitasking, and performance under pressure.
  • Analytical skills to translate technical concepts into business terms and map business needs to tech features.

 

Compensation:

The base salary for this role is $85,000 - 100,000. Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
