The Commercial Training Solutions Business, industry leader in commercial aviation training solutions, is looking for a Senior Strategy & Business Development Analyst to shape the future trajectory of the training services business and join our team in Seattle, WA. As a Senior Analyst, you will lead strategic analysis and development to inform and/or recommend critical business decisions, set strategic priorities, evaluate investment options, form implementation and go-to-market plans, and much more in partnership with the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Leadership Team. Aerospace training market knowledge is a plus but not required. Candidate should excel in strategic thinking, soft-skills and be proficient in project execution, as responsibilities could range from creating business concepts to driving solution development.

Position Responsibilities:
- Market assessment and industry benchmarking as foundation to provide insights and recommendations around business transformation opportunities
- Create innovative alternative business models inclusive of strategic partnerships, organic and acquisition opportunities
- Engage in business case development, transaction management and negotiation, implementation planning and initial deal integration
- Prioritize opportunities, risks and impacts informing the alignment of future company investments
- Utilize and evaluate complex models to support market forecasts and alternative scenario planning exercises
- Synthesize complex business and operational concepts into effective and persuasive stories
- Present strategic hypotheses, findings, and recommendations to senior stakeholders in an individual or team capacity
- Drive outcomes through strategy to action project phasing, and/or articulating learnings to inform business and technical strategies and planning
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience performing strategy or related work (e.g. Business Strategy, Strategic Consulting, Business Development, M&A, Business Planning, International/Market Analysis)
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and working with senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ability to travel to support business and team requirements (approximately 25%)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 2+ years of Consulting experience
- 2+ years of experience in aftermarket services; particularly aerospace training markets (flight & maintenance)
- 2+ years knowledge and experience of the Aerospace and Defense industry
- 1+ years experience with hypothesis-driven approaches and strategy development, particularly with identifying customer value propositions
- 1+ years experience in project management and advancing projects in ambiguous environments
- Transaction structuring and negotiation experience
- Strong analytic skills with experience using qualitative and quantitative data to develop product, business and services strategies
- MBA highly desired
