What y ou'll d o: Strategy Insights & Planning Associate Consultant in the Insights & Analytics Group will ...
ZS's Strategy Insights and Planning teams partner with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.
What you'll do

• Leverage knowledge of R&D Products and Platforms (ex: Veeva, Medidata, IQVIA, etc.) for strategic planning, functional data flow, product implementations (ex: configuration, deployment, migration, and GxP testing), R&D stakeholders & processes, and platform ecosystem management;
• Support R&D business process enhancements based on experience/best practices, business knowledge, and gaps in current vs. future state in one or more of the following R&D domains: Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and/or Safety;
• Supprt project delivery execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data and coordinating team meetings;
• Design and execute qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to test and analyze hypotheses
• Synthesize findings, develop recommendations and communicate results to clients and internal teams;
• M entor and support development of Associates on your projects and teams

What you'll bring

• Bachelors, PhD or Masters degree in a field with quantitative coursework such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences and social sciences. In lieu of a PhD, 3-5 years of relevant post- study professional experience will be considered .
• Veeva or Medidata experience is required
