YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT
As a Strategy & Operations, Market Analytics, you’ll own the strategy and execution of our operational plans across dynamic markets within IL, IN, MI, OH, and KY. (This list will expand over time.) . You will ensure that patient and partner needs are met by aligning resources, designing scalable solutions, and continuously improving processes. Your role will bridge multiple teams, and drive key initiatives.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and Execute Market Strategies:
-Build and continuously refine operational strategies to meet partner and clinical goals.
-Collaborate with Partner Experience, Sales, Clinical Operations, Product, and Patient Operations teams to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
-Monitor and adjust strategies to address shifts in patient populations, partner priorities, service offerings, and clinical protocols.
Sprinter Scheduling Management:
-Develop optimized schedules for Sprinters based on market needs, patient demand, and partner requirements.
-Coordinate with Clinical Managers and Sprinters to address constraints such as availability, cultural considerations, and training levels.
-Iteratively improve schedules by analyzing predicted appointment bookings and resolving deviations.
Market Performance Tracking:
-Use data tools like Kibana, Looker, Excel, SQL, and Python to monitor market performance relative to company and partner goals.
-Collaborate with Clinical Managers to address challenges and develop solutions to optimize operations.
Research and Special Projects:
-Conduct research and analysis to support operations, product development, and partnerships.
-Lead initiatives such as optimizing sample logistics, evaluating partner requests, and solving market-specific challenges.
-Balance multiple high-impact projects to support scaling and innovation efforts.
ABOUT YOU
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven Expertise:
-5+ years of data focused market & workforce planning, business consulting, and/or field operations experience with at least 2 years in a strategic role(s).
Data-Fluency:
-Exceptional data fluency and experience working with / manipulating unstructured data with tools such as Looker, Elastic Search (Kibana), SQL/Python, and Excel.
Analytics:
-Experience forecasting and using insights from large data sets to inform decisions around process optimization, resource utilization, and/or region mapping.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-Exceptional communication skills and experience working with diverse teams.
Adaptability:
-Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
Attention to Detail:
-Strong organizational skills to manage complex schedules and multiple stakeholders.
Travel:
-The willingness and flexibility to travel as needed across Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, and other midwest states that may be added to our portfolio in the future.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-MBA, MS in Analytics, or equivalent
-Healthcare experience
-Experience working with GIS data
-Experience working directly with development teams to integrate operational solutions
