This is an 11-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

Our software engineers develop a wide variety of technologies that change how millions of users connect and interact with one another. As an Intern, you will work in small teams to tackle problems as we continue to push technology forward. You will have the opportunity to be a part of team who will impact the customer experience, design, architecture, and implementation of a cutting-edge mobile product used every day, by people you know.

What You'll Do

Build new features on T-Mobile.com

Assist with T-Mobile Security & Stability Initiatives

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with JavaScript and/or Typescript and other web technologies to deliver a performant, scalable, and responsive platform

  • Build web applications that need to be integrated seamlessly.

  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

What It Takes

  • Academic or web development experience using JavaScript

  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and W3C standards

  • Knowledge of RESTful web services and networking

  • Experience with building responsive application interfaces

  • Able to write maintainable and functionally tested modules, preferred

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program

  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $26/hour to $47/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on education/STEM vs non-STEM designation.
