We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented summer intern to join our legal team and assist in the implementation of a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.
Job DescriptionAs a Summer Intern in Legal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our new CLM system. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal operations, project management, and technology implementation within a global corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the configuration and customization of the CLM system to meet the specific needs of the legal department.
- Collaborate with legal team members to gather and document requirements for the CLM system.
- Support data migration efforts, including data cleansing and validation.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to the project team.
- Develop training materials and assist in training sessions for end-users.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal operations team as needed.

Pay is $21.76 per hour.
