The BDR role at SuperOrdinary is designed for a driven, proactive individual who will focus on generating new business opportunities, primarily for the Amazon division, but with potential exposure to other fast-growing business lines (e.g., TikTok, media). Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, especially beauty, lifestyle, and emerging brands in the $1–5M revenue range. “Get a BDR in there that can be doing prospecting...it’d be nice to have some dedicated people for just prospecting and things like that.” (Ryan)1
- Trade Show Engagement: Attend industry events to network and generate leads. “Trade shows...is a great place for BDRs to cut their teeth and generate leads and, you know, go out and talk to people that you can hire for that kind of personality.” (Xan)1
- Pipeline Management: Qualify inbound and outbound leads, set meetings, and ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives or leadership for deal closure.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the CRO (Elizabeth), GM (Ryan), and other team members to align on targets and strategy.
