What We Need:

Synapse Health is seeking a skilled and analytically driven Supplier Data Operations Analyst to help manage, optimize, and scale supplier-related data across our operational platforms. This role plays a key part in ensuring supplier data accuracy, integrity, and usability—supporting compliant workflows, accurate invoicing, and smooth supplier and patient transitions.

Reporting within the Data Operations function, this Supplier Analyst role operates with increased autonomy, serves as a go-to resource for supplier data questions, and partners closely with Operations, Account Management, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Technology teams to drive data quality and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:

  • Own and maintain supplier platform configurations (Fulfill), including supplier setup, pricing updates, and ongoing price sheet management.
  • Verify, upload, and manage supplier data such as coverage areas, contracting details, and operational exceptions for internal use.
  • Lead quality assurance (QA) reviews of DMEPOS catalogs, contracting data, and supplier loads to support accurate invoicing and downstream workflows.
  • Monitor, triage, and resolve support tickets from Operations and RCM related to missing, incorrect, or inconsistent supplier data.
  • Manage supplier data intake and patient transition loads, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Perform advanced data validation, translate inputs into standardized load files, and resolve discrepancies across multiple systems and data sources.
  • Execute and validate data loading activities (rosters, documents, orders) into EMR and related operational systems.
  • Partner closely with Account Management and Operations teams to ensure supplier and patient data is loaded accurately and on schedule.
  • Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports to monitor supplier performance, data quality, and operational trends.
  • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and recurring data issues; recommend and support corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Provide Level 2 support for vendor-related inquiries and escalations, serving as a subject-matter resource for supplier data workflows.
  • Document data processes, validation standards, and issue resolutions to support audit readiness and operational consistency.
  • Mentor and support Analyst I team members, as applicable.

What You Have:

At Synapse Health, we’ve intentionally built a culture rooted in kindness, collaboration, and creativity, qualities we consider essential for every team member. Additional requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in supplier data operations, vendor management, healthcare operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong working knowledge of supplier platforms, vendor data workflows, and healthcare operational processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn department- and job-specific systems.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and resolve complex issues.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate across teams.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience managing supplier or vendor platforms and performing complex data validation.
  • Familiarity with healthcare vendor contracting, compliance, and invoicing workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple data sources while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Experience creating reports or dashboards to support operational insights.
  • Proactive, continuous-improvement mindset.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $68,800 – $86,000 annually. This range reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and prevailing market conditions. Compensation discussions are encouraged throughout the hiring process.
