Over the course of three years, with three rotations, you'll gain hands-on experience, take on real responsibilities, and work across different locations within manufacturing functions, which might include: Continuous Improvement Engineer, Process Engineer or Junior Line Technical Lead.

The Role:
You'll get to work across our plant operations in a series of three 12 month rotations across 3 years. These are designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and develop a whole host of skills including core experiences of food manufacturing and project engineering. You will experience a variety of roles (like Continuous Engineer, Line Technical Leader, Process Engineer) across at least two of our plants in Poland, starting with Jankowice (near Poznań) or Skarbimierz.
Who Are We Looking For?
You are willing to become a future leader within Mondelēz International, and should be comfortable with a varied career track, and expect geographic mobility.
  • A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or a related field
  • Fluent in English & Polish,
  • Excited about working in diverse environments and relocating for rotations
  • A problem-solver, communicator, and collaborator
  • Passionate about innovation and sustainability
  • Ready to challenge the status quo and grow into a leadership role
  • Mobility to relocate whilst on the Graduate scheme
