Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking Supply Chain Management Analysts (Level 3 or 4) to join the Propulsion Systems team located in Everett, WA.
Successful candidates will collaborate with a team of experienced Supply Chain Management Analysts to plan and oversee the delivery of propulsion system components installed on engines, struts, and APUs across the 737, 767, and 777 programs. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ample opportunities to engage cross-functionally, drive problem-solving initiatives, and contribute meaningfully to the success of Boeing's commercial airplane programs.

Position Responsibilities:
- Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain
- Analyzes complex material requirements
- Verifies and incorporates Bills of Material / schedules into a production plan.
- Initiates, coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability
- Ensures on-time delivery
- Documents and resolves order delinquencies
- Reports schedule adherence issues
- Develops and controls inventory plans
- Optimizes inventory levels, analyzes and dispositions excess inventories
- Develops and creates schedules for products and services
- Implements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment or Manufacturing
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL queries
- Demonstrated experience in a role requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with data driven decision making and change management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Level 4: 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment or Manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to proactively understand forecast and demand
- Demonstrated experience driving projects involving cross-function or cross-business unit teams
- Experience developing executive briefing decks in MS Powerpoint and delivering presentations to senior leadership
