  • Ensure operational readiness for large-scale events and new market launches.

Demand Planning & Inventory Optimization

  • Partner with Sales, Production, and Finance to develop accurate demand forecasts and align inventory planning accordingly.

  • Analyze trends and consumption patterns to ensure product availability across all business units.

  • Drive cost efficiencies by identifying opportunities in freight, packaging, warehousing, and 3PL/vendor negotiations.

  • Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure capacity, quality, and service continuity.

ERP, Data & Process Development

  • Collaborate in the design, implementation, and refinement of ERP systems to support supply chain functions, reporting, and inventory control.

  • Own the data integrity of supply-related metrics and dashboards for executive and cross-functional visibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as the primary supply chain point of contact for business units including:

  • Entertainment (event inventory, field operations logistics)

  • Education (bulk order fulfillment, school distribution)

  • Strategic Partners (custom solutions and forecasting)

  • Consumer Products (ecommerce inventory, packaging, and replenishment)

  • Work closely with Creative, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to plan product rollouts and experiential needs

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.

  • Proven ability to manage global logistics, 3PLs, and cross-functional programs.

  • Experience with ERP and inventory systems (e.g., NetSuite, Fishbowl, SAP) and developing scalable operational processes.

  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills; ability to translate insights into action.

  • Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Passion for Yondr’s mission and creating presence-forward experiences.

  • Background in startup or high-growth environments.

  • Knowledge of customs, international shipping regulations, or global sourcing (for International role).
