Job Description

Preferred

  •  At least 3 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design Detailing of Processes
  •  At least 3 years of experience in Requirement gathering & elicitation, defining use cases/work flows, Documenting/Analyzing process flows.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development life cycle. 
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Experience in Retail domain (Merchandising, Supply Chain, Planning, Allocation)
  • Analytical, Presentation and Communication skills 
  •  Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  • At least 2 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment 
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel 

Qualifications

Basic 

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
