Job Description

Responsibilities:

Analytics

:

• Mid-tier pipeline server issues (onshore, in average we receive about 20-30 ticket annually and take about 0.5 – 1 hour to resolve/ticket)

• Grant permissions to users to access Omniture, Chartbeat and other database and cubes in Mid-tier (offshore)

• Investigating IcM tickets sent from our anomaly detection system and engage PMs or Devs for any concern on the data quality (onshore and offshore)

• Add new alerting or data quality rules for supporting all cooking and mid-tier pipelines as well as prime and edge live-site. When we move to 1DS, we also need add new alerts to monitor 1DS data quality. (offshore)

Telemetry:

• Unit tests / Validation / Verification

• Live site support

• OTF Maintenance work.

• Prime instrumentation updates.
