The Opportunity
As a Sustainability - Capital Project and Infrastructure - Director, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on optimizing capital programs and projects. You will work closely with clients to analyze project needs, develop strategies for efficient project delivery, and offer guidance to enhance project management practices, mitigate risks, and achieve successful outcomes. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities
- Leading strategic initiatives to optimize capital programs and infrastructure projects
- Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance productivity and performance
- Guiding project teams in implementing efficient project management practices and mitigating risks
- Overseeing the development and execution of project delivery strategies to achieve successful outcomes
- Collaborating with clients to streamline processes and improve operational effectiveness
- Utilizing data analysis and interpretation to inform decision-making and project planning
- Driving innovation and promoting the use of advanced technologies in project management
- Mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders within the organization
- Building and maintaining executive-level client relationships to support business growth
- Identifying market opportunities and converting them into successful engagements for the firm
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating strategic leadership in capital projects and infrastructure
- Excelling in business development within operations consulting
- Leading multiple projects with a focus on operational excellence
- Utilizing analytical thinking for complex problem-solving
- Promoting technological advances in client engagements
- Mentoring future leaders in a dynamic consulting environment
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
