SVP of Product

GenLogs is at the forefront of a data revolution in the trucking, logistics, and insurance sectors. We aren't just building dashboards; we are building the "intelligence layer" for the trucking industry that observes, alerts, and acts autonomously based on real-time data collected from our nationwide sensor network. We are looking for a visionary VP of Product who doesn't just keep pace with the AI curve but defines it—specifically through the lens of agentic AI workflows and large-scale data orchestration. As our VP of Product, you will be the architect of a multi-product ecosystem, transforming vast streams of big data into autonomous solutions that solve complex problems for our five core verticals: logistics service providers (3PLs/brokers), shippers, carriers, insurance, and government. 

We are looking to bring on a seasoned product leader to take the helm of the company’s product strategy and execution. Our Senior Vice President of Product will oversee the entire product lifecycle across multiple verticals, moving us from a single-product success to a robust B2B SaaS platform. This is a leadership-heavy role where you will mentor a high-performing team of senior and junior PMs while remaining deeply "under the hood" of our AI strategy.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT TEAM

The Product team at GenLogs defines, designs, and delivers the systems that convert complex sensing, compliance, enforcement, and supply-chain needs into powerful, intuitive products. We own the strategy and roadmap across the Trident sensing ecosystem, partnering with customers to understand operational challenges while working with Engineering and Data Science to build solutions that scale nationally. Our team ensures that GenLogs’ technology is simple to deploy, easy to use, and materially impactful for public-sector and private-sector users. We value clarity of thought, customer intimacy, and disciplined execution, driving the development of products that strengthen public safety, reduce fraud, and improve the efficiency and reliability of America’s freight network.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• AI Frontier Leadership: Pioneer the use of agentic AI to build self-healing data pipelines and customer-facing autonomous agents that go beyond simple automation to proactive problem-solving.
• Multi-Product Strategy: Lead the expansion of GenLogs into new B2B SaaS verticals, ensuring a cohesive platform experience while addressing the nuanced needs of different market segments.
• Team Scaling & Mentorship: Manage, recruit, and develop a world-class team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of high-velocity shipping and rigorous data-driven decision-making.
• Data as a Product: Leverage our massive datasets to create proprietary insights and high-moat features that competitors cannot replicate.
• Cross-Functional Development: Partner closely with Engineering and Sales to align the technical roadmap with aggressive GTM goals and enterprise customer requirements.

• B2B SaaS Veteran: You have a proven track record at a multi-product, multi-vertical B2B SaaS company, navigating the complexities of tiered pricing, integrations, and enterprise-grade reliability.
• Agentic AI Enthusiast: You aren't just using LLMs as a wrapper. You understand how to use autonomous agents to fuel product growth and operational efficiency.
• Big Data Native: You have deep experience with data-intensive products—think IoT, geospatial data, or high-frequency transaction logs.
• Proven Leadership: You've successfully led and scaled a product organization, with a focus on coaching PMs to think like owners.
• Trucking/Logistics Context (Bonus): Prior experience in freight tech or supply chain is a huge plus, but if you are a quick study who loves complex physical industries, we want to talk to you.

GenLogs establishes compensation based on role, level, experience, and location. Salary bands are benchmarked against high-growth technology companies and adjusted for market conditions.
