Mastrics is looking for a Systems Architect who is responsible for a full functional analysis, designing and documenting a robust, scalable, and efficient systems that align with the organization’s business objectives. This role involves creating high-level architecture plans, selecting appropriate technologies, and guiding development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Develop and maintain high-level system designs and architectures.
- Technology Selection: Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools.
- Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of systems with existing infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Documentation: Produce detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams.
- Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams.
- Security and Compliance: Design systems with security and regulatory compliance in mind.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in software/system architecture, with a strong background in software development.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in CRM Software
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in leading large-scale software projects and system migrations.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
