Job Description :
- Good knowledge of server installation/upgrade/patching, deployments and system/server administration with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in building and managing high volume web services, Windows Server, WDS, and virtualization
- Networking concepts with an understanding of the OSI Model, DNS, WINS, TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, Routing, ACL's, and switching
- Knowledge on LAN,WAN setup and Concepts of Sub netting
- Exposure to maintain and troubleshoot the network
- Co-ordination with external and internal teams to finding out resolutions to the blockers
- Accountable for operational performance including real-time SLA management, escalation, and communication
- Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps along with Root case Analysis
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
