Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on and collaborative Senior Integrations Engineer to support the design and development of integration solutions across enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, and Workfront. This role focuses on API development, system connectivity, data flow optimization, and automation enablement. While the primary focus of this role is on systems integration and workflow automation, there is opportunity to support AI-enabled features (such as Salesforce Einstein, OpenAI, Vertex AI, Microsoft Pilot, etc.). The role offers exposure to how modern enterprises are embedding generative AI into their operational ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain APIs and integration workflows between systems like Salesforce, Workday, Workfront, and other internal platforms.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and senior architects to understand integration needs and deliver effective technical solutions.
Develop and manage secure, efficient, and scalable integrations using tools such as MuleSoft, Workfront Fusion, or similar technologies.
Support data pipeline development and synchronization between platforms to ensure consistent and reliable data availability.
Assist in enabling enterprise workflows that leverage automation or built-in AI features from platforms (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Microsoft Copilot).
Contribute to system documentation, including API specifications, data mappings, and integration runbooks.
Participate in code reviews and testing activities to ensure high-quality releases and minimal production issues.
Stay informed about platform updates and integration best practices to maintain compatibility and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in systems integration, API development, or enterprise application support.
- Proficiency in RESTful API design and development using languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with integration or workflow tools such as MuleSoft, Workfront Fusion, Zapier, or similar.
- Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, and/or Workfront.
- Familiarity with data transformation, ETL processes, and relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
