USD 22.02 - 33.08 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate is $22.02 - $33.08/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

What you will do:
You'll learn about Cox through a series of rotational-based assignments supporting the design, optimization, and activation of candidate-facing processes across Cox Talent Acquisition.

- Lead components of the buildout for the Candidate Experience Resource Page on The CTA internal SharePoint Site, InsideCTA, ensuring content is clear, intuitive, and accessible-out for the Candidate Experience Resource Page on
- Assist with structuring and designing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Governance framework, including organization, formatting, and indexing of SOP content
- Create and organize the communication repository that will be housed on InsideCTA in support of streamlined candidate experience communications
- Partner directly with Candidate Experience Manager to understand how initiatives are launched, measured, improved, and operationalized

- Currently, a college student pursuing a BA/BS degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration and/or related field.

- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organization skills.
- Computer skills, which include Microsoft Office suite and online research ability.
