As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our cybersecurity teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. You will leverage your expertise and in-depth understanding of the cybersecurity industry to identify high-potential candidates who can contribute to our company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead full cycle recruitment process for sales and cybersecurity-focused roles, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand team needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with a diverse talent pool, including passive candidates.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive cybersecurity market.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ technical and sales abilities, and provide insightful recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience, providing timely and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sales and/or cybersecurity recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry, including key roles, technologies, and market trends.
- Previous experience in a sales environment, ideally within cybersecurity, is highly preferred.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify top-tier talent in both active and passive pools.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for talent acquisition.
