We are seeking a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Executive Search team by building and managing high-quality candidate pipelines across healthcare provider roles. This is a non-client-facing, high-activity sourcing role focused on outbound engagement, relationship building, and talent identification.
This individual will play a critical role in supporting interim and retained search engagements by partnering closely with executive recruiters to identify, qualify, and nurture top-tier healthcare providers for placement.
What You’ll DoBuild Talent Pipelines
- Conduct proactive sourcing and outreach to identify healthcare providers across targeted specialties
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned to active and upcoming search engagements
Execute High-Volume Outreach
- Engage candidates through outbound calls, email, and digital channels to generate interest and qualify opportunities
- Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture relationships and move candidates through the funnel
Qualify & Develop Candidates
- Conduct initial career conversations to assess fit, availability, and alignment with client needs
- Partner with executive recruiters to prepare candidates for consideration and presentation
Support Search Execution
- Provide pipeline insights, candidate market feedback, and activity updates to recruiting partners
Leverage Technology & Data
- Utilize Jobscience to track activity, manage pipelines, and ensure data integrity
- Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions and progress
- 3–7 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or inside sales (healthcare experience a plus)
- Proven ability to perform in high-volume outreach or activity-driven roles
- Comfortable working within CRM/ATS systems (Jobscience, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly via phone and email
- Experience supporting recruiting teams, executive searches, or staffing initiatives is highly preferred
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate$22.75 - $27.00 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
