About Injective Labs

Injective Labs is trailblazing a new dawn for Web3 enabled finance. We are the core contributors to Injective, one of the fastest growing blockchains in the industry.

Injective provides an interoperable smart contracts platform that is optimized for building decentralized finance applications. Interoperability is at the core of Injective, which is natively integrated with chains such as Ethereum, Cosmos and Solana. Developers can rapidly launch premier financial applications suited for mass adoption using Injective’s infrastructure and specialized DeFi primitives such as the world’s first fully on-chain order book.

Our team has decades of experience spearheading the largest financial institutions and tech organizations. Injective is incubated by Binance and is backed by leading firms such as Jump Crypto, Pantera and Mark Cuban.

About the role

As part of the People Ops team team, you will play a key role in helping grow the Injective Labs team. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, from understanding hiring needs, and identifying top talent to managing candidate pipelines and supporting onboarding efforts.

Beyond recruiting, we are looking for someone who is always thinking about how to improve processes, elevate the candidate experience, and contribute to broader People Operations initiatives. This is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on a fast-growing organization by helping attract and retain exceptional talent.

Who is this role for?

This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable engaging with highly technical professionals, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working with a high degree of ownership. If you are passionate about building teams, know how to take ownership, lead initiatives end-to-end, and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done, this role is for you.

If you’re looking for highly structured processes, clearly defined playbooks, or a comfort-zone environment, this role is probably not for you. We move fast, priorities evolve quickly, and we value people who are proactive, adaptable, and drive solutions forward.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles, from job posting through offer stage.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team priorities.

  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, networking, and other channels.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews in fluent English.

  • Coordinate interview processes between candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate records in the ATS.

  • Stay up to date on recruiting trends, talent market conditions, and best practices.

  • Promote Injective Labs culture, values, and contribute new approaches, policies, and procedures to support continuous improvement.

  • Identify and implement new strategies and programs to attract applicants and develop creative solutions for specific acquisition challenges.

  • Participate in company-wide People Ops initiatives and projects as needed.

Who you are:
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 industry.

  • Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from role briefing and sourcing through to the offer in a startup environment.

  • Experience recruiting across global markets (US, Europe, Asia or Latam) and comfortable working in distributed teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for highly technical roles, as well as for non-technical positions

  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills

  • Knowledge of the crypto, blockchain, and DeFi ecosystem

  • Experience using ATS systems (Ashby preferably)

  • Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Why work with us?
  • Competitive salary and INJ token award

  • Remote-friendly work environment with flexible hours.

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Equipment

  • Home Office Stipend

  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge blockchain technology in the finance industry.

  • Collaborative team culture with opportunities for professional growth and development.

  • Global team meet ups.

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
