As a Talent Development Partner, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening leadership capabilities and internal mobility through development programs across the company. This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You’ll partner closely with People Business Partners, People Operations, and business leaders to build talent development experiences that strengthen leadership, develop managers, and support high-performing teams in a hypergrowth environment.
In this role, you’ll drive a broad range of work - including performance management support, workshop facilitation, and resource development while contributing to the ongoing evolution of our talent programs and practices. This role is ideal for someone who owns outcomes within their scope, operates independently, and continues to build depth and confidence in their expertise.
About the Role:At CoreWeave, our people are our strength—and cultivating a supportive and high-performing workplace is at the heart of what we do. As we scale globally, the Talent Development function will play an essential role in helping leaders and employees grow their careers, their teams, and the business. We are looking for someone who supports the business by developing and executing experiences that champion talent through manager enablement, succession planning, internal mobility and beyond. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, build scalable processes, and help ensure the experiences are practical, engaging, and support business goals.
Who You Are:Investing in our people is one of our top priorities, and we value candidates who can bring their diverse experiences to our teams. Here are some qualities and traits we’ve found compatible with this role—we'd love to talk about whether this aligns with your experience and what you’re excited to work on next.
Your impact will be felt across various dimensions:
- Manager & Talent Development Expertise
- You have deep expertise in manager, leader, and talent development and can design and facilitate scalable learning experiences for diverse audiences and levels.
- You proactively translate external trends, research, and CoreWeave’s talent philosophy into practical programs, frameworks, and tools that fit our context and stage.
- You build and continuously refine manager enablement curricula that raise the bar on clarity and accountability.
- Performance & Talent Operating Rhythms
- You own and refine key components of the performance and talent experience, including performance cycles, and help make these predictable, lightweight, and business-relevant.
- You shape how expectations and leveling for managers and ICs are communicated and reinforced through tools, training, and messaging.
- You anticipate where managers will get stuck and simplify complex concepts into clear, practical guidance that scales across teams, levels, and geographies.
- You support strategic talent planning, ensuring the programs generate clear signals for talent decisions and succession planning.
- Insight-Driven Design & Continuous Improvement
- You synthesize patterns across feedback, survey data, performance outcomes, and stakeholder input to surface themes and influence the talent development roadmap.
- You balance speed with discernment, prioritizing the highest-leverage improvements and iterating in public rather than waiting for perfection.
- You bring order to ambiguity by codifying standards, workflows, and templates so others can deliver programs consistently and efficiently.
- Cross-Functional Influence & Stakeholder Alignment
- You build strong, trusted partnerships with People Business Partners, People Operations, and business leaders, acting as a connective thread across initiatives.
- You listen first, then co-create solutions that reflect the needs of both the business and employees, thoughtfully navigating trade-offs.
- You are comfortable driving alignment across functions—facilitating working sessions, clarifying decisions, and keeping stakeholders informed and accountable.
We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who can bring their own diverse experiences to our teams—even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we’ve found make people thrive here:
- Be Curious at Your Core: You ask thoughtful questions, seek to understand root causes, and apply learnings to improve outcomes.
- Act Like an Owner: You take responsibility for your cases and follow through with care and attention to detail.
- Empower Employees: You champion an equitable employee experience by coaching leaders and ensuring employees feel heard, supported, and treated fairly.
- Deliver Best-in-Class Client Experiences: You approach managers, employees, and cross-functional partners with professionalism, empathy, and consistency, ensuring they feel supported in even the most challenging moments.
- Achieve More Together: You collaborate seamlessly with People Business Partners and other People teams, recognizing that the best solutions come from working as one team with shared goals.
