    • Coordinating with the Creative team for program signage design and printing.

  • Aid in program preparation, such as:

    • Creating sign-in sheets and pulling program materials.

    • Generating survey QR codes and links.

    • Finalizing logistics with facilitators (security access, Wi-Fi, AV requests) and corporate facilities (room setup).

  • Assist with post-program tasks, including logging attendance in Workday.

Organizational Effectiveness & Diversity & Inclusion Support:

  • Provide entry-level administrative and project management support for various Organizational Effectiveness and D&I initiatives.

  • Assist with data collection, basic analysis, and reporting related to talent programs.

  • Support the coordination of D&I events, workshops, and communication efforts.

  • Help maintain and organize project timelines, documentation, and resources.

SharePoint & Content Management:

  • Contribute to the monthly Recommended Learning initiative on SharePoint by curating resources from platforms like LinkedIn Learning, Blinkist, and YouTube.

  • Draft updates and marketing communications for the Monthly Recommended Learning page.

  • Update the Monthly Recommended Learning SharePoint page.

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager on edits and additions for Employee Update communications.

General Administrative Support:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and responding to inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Actively enrolled in a Master's degree or higher program in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and Diversity & Inclusion.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior office or administrative experience is a plus.

What You Will Gain:

  • Hands-on experience in various facets of Talent Management within a leading financial organization.

  • Exposure to professional development program planning and delivery.
