Position Summary:
Under general supervision, responsible for the recruitment, assessment, and selection of top-tier talent within the electrical construction industry.What You Will Do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and selection.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support various business groups across multiple geographical locations.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics and specific requirements.
- Manage external job postings across various job platforms.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of PRIME’s college recruitment program; attend on-site events as necessary.
- Serve as brand ambassador for PRIME.
- Manage recruitment SWAG inventory.
- Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practices.
- Maintain a physical presence onsite and provide assistance to specific groups, managers and project management teams as needed.
- Performs other duties as requested; duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
What You Will Need to be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and 2+ years of experience with full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing and assessing candidates, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, preferred.
- Experience with use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Lever experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with recruiting and assessing candidates for various business groups across multiple geographical locations.
- Ability to provide consistent and high-quality service across multiple business units.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as general business periodicals, professional journals, or technical procedures/reports/documents. Ability to write routine correspondence such as letters and memos. Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to internal and/or external clients of the firm.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instruction.
