RSM is seeking to hire an experienced director to join our expanding Quality and Risk Management team within Transaction Advisory Services (TAS). Our Quality and Risk Management team plays a pivotal role in the development of our practice, monitoring our policies and practices and engagement execution.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work with TAS to further enhance our approach to due diligence.

  • Support client engagements through review of client deliverables and advice including reports, workbooks and other communications across financial and operational due diligence.

  • Develop team members through engagement coaching and hands on training courses and other communications.

  • Provide consultations to TAS teams on complex deal matters.

  • Support TAS leadership with development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

  • Develop and deliver processes that enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Big 4 or similar national transaction advisory background

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • CPA preferred

  • Significant transaction advisory experience including supporting client’s with broader business diligence matters.

  • A minimum of 8 years of work experience with 5+ years in Transaction Advisory or Technical Accounting Advisory and past Audit or Assurance background

  • Ability to lead and collaborate within a high-growth environment.

  • Experience with developing and supervising team members on both on engagements and in their career

  • Demonstrated knowledge/proven track record of success with operating in a professional services firm

  • Keeps up-to-date with the Transaction Advisory Services industry, following the industries advancements

  • Must possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality

  • Minimal travel is required

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $151,200 - $304,200

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
