You will Join our Dynamics CRM Development team as a pivotal contributor to the Lead the full development and

support lifecycle. In this role, you will build & maintain innovative features for Dynamics CE Online,

collaborating closely with Developers, Product Managers, Solution Architects and Senior Stakeholders to

transform business needs into high-performing digital solutions.

Primary Responsibilities & Key Duties:

• Solution Design & Strategy: Lead Architecture and solution Design for Dynamics 365, Lead grooming

sessions with business users to provide optimal solutions, accurate estimations, and detailed sub-tasks

for every user story.

• Development: Execute end-to-end MS Dynamics CE implementations, including high-level

customizations, UI/form & plugins & workflows development, Power Automate development, Security

configuration, reporting/dashboards configuration and technical/business documentation.

• Module Expertise: Extensive hands-on development across Sales, Customer Service, Customer Voice,

and Power Pages.

• System Integration: Manage seamless integrations using Web API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints,

while utilizing Visual Studio and source control for versioning.

• Platform Maintenance: Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the CRM platform to ensure

zero-friction operations and rapid defect resolution.

• Agile Collaboration: Work within a Scrum framework, conducting stakeholder demos and collaborating

with the architecture team to ensure designs meet all technical and business requirements.

• Leadership: Mentor Senior & Junior developers and ensure they know & follow the standards and best

practices.


Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of extensive work experience using MS Dynamics CRM 365.

• Strong and solid hands-on Experience as MS Dynamics developer involving MS Dynamics cloud

offering configuration, development of Customizations and extending capabilities of the

platform (like Workflows / Plugins).

• Strong experience with MS Dynamics Cloud Offering Modules including Customer Service Hub

and its new features (e.g., Unified SLA / KB Article), Dynamics 365 Marketing (Outbound /

Realtime), Customer Voice, and Sales and Power Apps and power pages.

• String experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows

• Strong and solid hands-on Experience as a developer with C#, ASP.net, .Net core and Web APIs.

• Experience with Azure Synapse Link and Data Flows development

• Experience with banking industry is preferred.

• Experience of working in a fast-paced agile team

• Strong planning, prioritization, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree/University degree

• 8+ years of experience with prior experience in banking domain.

• Experience working in Agile methodology.

• Experience in Confluence and Jira

• Experience working with product/ technology delivery teams and support
