Provide technical and administrative support to leadership: monitor sprints and Scrum synchronizations, perform technical research, write Python scripts for automation and API testing, manage and report data using advanced Excel, and prepare meeting summaries and cross-functional coordination.
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a tech-savvy and organized Technical Assistant based in India to support executive directly/technical leadership. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical project management, research, and daily administrative operations. You will oversee sprint monitoring, conduct technical research, and leverage your coding skills to assist with workflows and data management.
Key Responsibilities
Sprint & Project Monitoring: Monitor daily sprints, tracking progress across teams, managing tasks, and helping facilitate Scrum of Scrums synchronization.
Technical Research & Analysis: Perform technical research on tools, integrations, frameworks, and methodologies to support team decision-making.
Coding & Automation: Write and maintain scripts (primarily Python) to automate repetitive tasks, test APIs, or prototype solutions.
Data Management & Excel: Organize, analyze, and report data using advanced Excel functionality (pivot tables, complex formulas, structured data sets).
Administrative & Leadership Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance, manage schedules, prepare meeting summaries, and coordinate cross-functional tasks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Coding: Strong proficiency in Python and Analytics
Project Management Tools: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts and tracking tools (e.g., Zoho Sprints, Jira, Asana, Trello).
Excel: Advanced Excel capabilities for reporting and data manipulation.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
You will draft documents read by leadership and external partners
Problem-Solving: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
Attention to Detail: Consistently accurate work with structured data, with the diligence to verify your own output before it is relied upon downstream.
Self-Direction: Highly organized and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities with your manager 9.5 hours behind you for part of your shift.
Nice-to-Have / Plus
Experience with Generative AI technologies and Agentic Workflows (e.g., working with LLM APIs, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks).
Hands-on experience with the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Sprints, Show, Analytics).
Work Schedule & Compensation
Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (designed to provide direct overlap with US business hours).
Location: Remote (India).
Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 / month (based on experience).
