    • Deploy and utilize an enablement platform (NorthPass now Gainsight Customer Education) to disseminate trainings and courses at scale
    • Craft and host live webinars
    • Strive to improve internal and external knowledge bases by investing your learnings back into the enablement program, documentation, and other resources.
    • Develop a deep understanding of Recast’s products, our customers’ environments, and the systems market at large
    • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and how we can best serve their enablement needs
    • Work cross functionally with Customer Success, Support, and Product to prioritize recurring issues for the development team to resolve

What You'll Bring:

    • 3+ years’ experience using ConfigMgr (SCCM), preferably using the Enterprise Right Click Tools
    • 2+ years’ experience using Microsoft Intune
    • Enthusiasm for helping people, especially your peers, get the most value out of tools and products
    • Experience crafting content and leading trainings for a technical audience
    • Exceptional communication, instructional, and presentation skills with strong customer service
    • Comfortable working in multiple platforms and mediums to most effectively deliver instructional content
    • Highly accountable and self-motivated, comfortable owning projects from conception to follow-through while handling competing (and sometimes cross-functional) priorities
    • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

What Stands Out:

  • Experience with customer enablement
  • Experience working with external customers
  • Experience in the SaaS industry
  • Experience using enablement platforms (like Skilljar or Gainsight)

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
