About Sprinter Health:

At Sprinter Health, our mission is reimagining how people access care by bringing it directly to their homes. Nearly 30% of patients in the U.S. skip preventive or chronic care simply because they can’t get to a doctor’s office. For many, the ER becomes their first touchpoint with the healthcare system—driving over $300B in avoidable costs every year.

By using the same technologies that power leading marketplace and last-mile platforms, we deliver care where people are, especially those who need it most. To date, we’ve supported over 2 million patients across 22+ states, completed hundreds of thousands of in-home visits, and consistently maintained a 90+ NPS. Our team of clinicians, technologists, and operators has raised over $125M from investors including a16z, General Catalyst, GV, and Accel.

About the Role:

We’re hiring an Implementation Manager to join our Partnerships organization and lead enterprise partner onboarding and launch across Sprinter’s largest health plan and health system relationships. This role sits at the center of Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Operations and is responsible for ensuring every new partner launch is executed smoothly, delivers value quickly, and scales across markets and products.

In this role, you will own Sprinter’s end-to-end enterprise implementation motion: from technical discovery and solution design through launch readiness and post-launch stabilization. You’ll help define and standardize our implementation offerings while creating clear mechanisms to evaluate and manage custom partner requests. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong program leadership without direct authority, comfort working with senior stakeholders, and sound judgment in balancing customer needs with operational scalability.

If you enjoy leading complex, multi-stakeholder launches, translating enterprise requirements into scalable solutions, and building repeatable implementation frameworks in a high-growth healthcare environment, this role is for you.

Own Enterprise Partner Implementation and Launch
  • Own end-to-end onboarding and launch for complex enterprise health plan and health system partners

  • Lead technical discovery across workflows, data/integrations, compliance, reporting, and success criteria

  • Translate partner requirements into structured implementation plans aligned to Sprinter’s standard offerings

  • Evaluate and broker custom partner requests in partnership with Product and Engineering

  • Serve as primary internal owner for launch readiness, including risk identification and go/no-go decisions

  • Drive cross-functional execution across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support

  • Manage technical setup and integrations, ensuring configurations meet Sprinter and partner requirements

  • Troubleshoot onboarding issues (data transfer, workflows, configuration) and ensure smooth post-launch stabilization

Drive Implementation Scalability and Operational Excellence
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define and evolve Sprinter’s standard implementation offerings

  • Build and continuously improve Sprinter’s enterprise implementation playbook across partners and geographies

  • Establish clear handoffs and success criteria from deal close through steady-state Customer Success ownership

  • Ensure implementation processes align with contractual SLAs and partner commitments

  • Identify recurring implementation friction and translate insights into product or operational improvements

  • Balance partner customization with long-term scalability and repeatability

Cross-Functional Leadership and Stakeholder Management
  • Influence senior internal leaders and enterprise customer stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum

  • Proactively manage dependencies, timelines, and competing priorities across multiple teams

  • Provide clear executive-level visibility into launch status, risks, and tradeoffs

  • Drive decision-making across ambiguous or high-stakes implementation scenarios

  • Support strategic initiatives that improve enterprise partner experience and scalability

What You've Done
  • 5+ years in implementation, customer success operations, technical program management, or similar roles

  • Led complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines

  • Conducted technical discovery with enterprise customers and translated workflows into technical requirements

  • Partnered closely with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable implementation solutions

  • Managed enterprise or strategic customer onboarding and launch motions

  • Operated effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity

What Sets You Apart
  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, or with enterprise health plans or health systems

  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, data integrations, or regulated environments

  • Built or scaled implementation frameworks across multiple enterprise customers

  • Strong stakeholder management with senior internal and external partners

  • Track record of balancing customer needs with operational scalability

  • Experience at a high-growth or pre-IPO company (Series B–D preferred)

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
