DescriptionAbout Reserv

Reserv is an insurtech creating and incubating cutting-edge AI and automation technology to bring efficiency and simplicity to claims. Founded by insurtech veterans with deep experience in SaaS and digital claims, Reserv is venture-backed by Bain Capital and Altai Ventures and began operations in May 2022. We are focused on automating highly manual tasks to tackle long-standing problems in claims and set a new standard for TPAs, insurance technology providers, and adjusters alike.

We have ambitious (but attainable!) goals and need people who can work in an evolving environment. If building a leading TPA and the prospect of tackling the long-standing challenges of the claims role sounds exciting, we can’t wait to meet you.

 About the role

As the Technical Integration Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in coordinating cross functionally across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that each phase of validation, onboarding, documentation, and setup is executed smoothly. This position requires strategic leadership with project management skills and the ability to bridge gaps across teams to support efficient, high-quality product rollouts. Collaboration is key at Reserv, and we value team members who are eager to work cross-functionally and drive innovation. If you're excited about molding the future of our product and making a lasting impact, we want you on our team. Join us on this exciting journey to revolutionize the industry!

Who you are

  • Highly motivated and growth-oriented. You're excited about helping drive production onboarding, usage, and adoption.
  • Experience communicating and working across functions to proactively drive solutions.
  • Eager to learn about the insurance claims industry and positively impact the people involved.
  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • You excel in working across technical and non-technical teams, using clear, effective communication to ensure alignment and resolve any roadblocks
  • You have a solid technical background and can quickly understand complex product configurations, streamline onboarding processes, and create clear documentation
  • You keep the customer experience top of mind, focusing on enhancing satisfaction and operational efficiency through thoughtful planning and execution

What we need

  • Own and drive end-to-end projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Own and drive agile adoption and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand technical requirements and validate projects and integrations (e.g., RESTful APIs, cloud environments, data migrations).
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex concepts into actionable plans and monitor progress.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation, playbooks, and guides for both internal teams and external partners
  • Improve and scale onboarding frameworks to streamline implementation and reduce time-to-value.
  • Proactively identify and resolve blockers, aligning cross-functional priorities and ensuring project momentum.
  • Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring integrations deliver operational value and enhance user experience.
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment, adapting to change while driving clarity, structure, and accountability.

Requirements
  • Proven experience with a technical onboarding process for SaaS Platforms.
  • Proficiency in creating API documentation and integration guides tailored to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with modern development practices, including RESTful APIs, data validation workflows, and integration testing
  • Experience working with cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure) and tools for technical configuration and deployment.
  • Strong ability to manage and deliver multiple, complex projects on tight timelines.
  • Ability to align priorities across teams (engineering, operations, claims) while identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
  • Strong leadership skills to ensure team accountability and maintain project momentum.
  • A passion for building intuitive technology and a thirst for learning.
  • Able to think through customer requirements and prioritize what is a must-have, nice-to-have, or irrelevant.
  • Have a strong technical skillset but also the willingness and ability to take over tasks outside your core competency.

Benefits
  • Generous health-insurance package with nationwide coverage, vision, & dental
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching
  • Competitive PTO policy – we want our employees fresh, healthy, happy, and energized!
  • Generous family leave policy
  • Work from anywhere to facilitate your work life balance
  • Apple laptop, large second monitor, and other quality-of-life equipment you may want. Technology is something that should make your life easier, not harder!

At Reserv, we value diversity in backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences and believe that diversity in viewpoints and critical thinking drives innovation, first-principles thinking, and success. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and encourage those from all walks of life to apply. If you believe you are a good fit for this role, we would love to hear from you!

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
