We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Lead or Senior Developer with strong project management skills to join our team. We are developing a cutting-edge application using Laravel and Angular to support our ABA therapy business. As a Technical Lead / Senior Developer with Project Management skills, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our application, providing technical leadership, and ensuring efficient workflow. You will play a crucial role in evaluating the application's architecture, identifying potential bottlenecks, and implementing best practices. Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer.
• Strong project management skills, with a focus on technical projects.
• Extensive experience in reviewing and critiquing code for quality and potential issues.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate development timelines.
• Proficiency in Laravel and Angular frameworks.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a remote and diverse team effectively.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements and experience in developing HIPAA-compliant applications.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of ABA therapy business and workflows. Additional Information:
• This is a month-to-month engagement.
• The initial focus will be full-time to understand the application's architecture, business processes, and team dynamics.

• Ensure the application's development and implementation adhere to HIPAA compliance standards.
• Provide clear and regular visibility to the customer on the project's progress, including deliverables, timelines, and potential risks.
