Manage technical onboarding for new Mission Cloud customers, handling requirements, project managing, and ensuring quality experience across teams.
As a Technical Onboarding Manager you will manage the onboarding process for new customers. You will be a technical guide and services expert for all new Mission Cloud customers. You will lead customers through the onboarding process, gather technical requirements, and project manage onboarding through completion.
This position is 100% remote.
- Manage the technical onboarding for all assigned new Mission Cloud customers; lead onboarding meetings, project manage the onboarding process, and act as the main contact for customers
- Understand AWS Cloud Technologies and how they are delivered through Mission Cloud
- Work across Mission Cloud teams, including Customer Success, Service Delivery, and Sales, to ensure the highest quality onboarding experience for customers
- Review customer contracts, service level agreement requirements, and deliverables, and ensure service implementation aligns with contract requirements
- Gather technical requirements from customers, including new and existing AWS account details and configurations
- Educate customers on current technologies, Mission Cloud services, and industry best practices
- Experience working in a technical Customer Support, Implementation, or Onboarding role
- Ability to work in a project management role
- Ability to work with public cloud, preferably with AWS
- Ability to communicate regularly with customers over phone or video conference and email
- Ability to work with contracts and understand service level agreements
- Ability to manage multiple customer onboarding's at one time (Example: 10+ Clients)
- Ability to work in a fast paced evolving environment
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (required after 1 year of employment at Mission Cloud)
