Sitting at the intersection of business and technology, the Aladdin Product Management team works closely with developers, researchers, designers and clients to innovate, conceptualize, design and pilot new capabilities across the investment lifecycle. Being a member of Aladdin Product means working with the best in the industry to build innovative products that shape financial markets.

As a Product Manager, you will have a positive impact on developing the product vision and owning the execution of the roadmap. There are many strategic areas that need exploration, evaluation, and prioritization, while in parallel ensuring that the tactical needs for continuing to deliver Aladdin’s world class Investment Management capabilities.

Skills / Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management/Business Analysis that includes building and launching technology
  • Experience working in Investment Management/Financial Services/FinTech organizations - preferably in Post Trade, Investment Operations or Middle Office domains
  • Knowledge of the trade lifecycle, with a focus on MBS workflows, is highly desirable
  • Ability to apply PDLC best practices including developing, prioritizing, and maintaining roadmaps, defining and documenting detailed product requirements, creating user journey workflows, providing updates on deliverables and creating product content
  • Managing key agile development rituals with Engineers, Designers and Stakeholders, such as stand-ups, planning, demos, and retrospectives
  • Interacting with product users and clients, preparing demonstrations and leading user training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Data Analysis skills, SQL experience is a plus
For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$132,500.00 - USD$162,500.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
