The ideal candidate is a highly technical product leader who enjoys solving complex platform challenges, influencing cross-functional teams, and driving innovation in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
  • Define and manage the platform product roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives with business priorities and technical requirements.

  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact platform capabilities.

  • Lead platform modernization and innovation efforts focused on scalability, reliability, performance, and extensibility.

  • Translate technical requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Drive API strategy and evolution, ensuring a seamless developer experience and robust integration capabilities.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership, product teams, and customer-facing stakeholders to align platform investments with company objectives.

  • Operate within Agile and Kanban environments, participating in planning, backlog management, and delivery processes.

  • Identify technical risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies related to scalability, system availability, and integrations.

  • Support sales, onboarding, and customer success teams by providing platform expertise and product guidance.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive developments to inform future platform strategy.

  • Partner with AI and autonomous systems teams to create product requirements that support agent-driven engineering workflows and AI-enabled delivery models.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5–8 years of product management experience with a strong emphasis on technical, platform, or infrastructure-focused products.

  • Demonstrated success owning platform roadmaps and delivering complex technical initiatives.

  • Experience working with REST APIs, integrations, and developer tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar technologies.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives and make informed decisions in fast-moving environments.

  • Experience supporting web, mobile, and large-scale data processing solutions.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, product, data, and business stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience within identity verification, fraud prevention, data intelligence, financial services, risk management, or government/public sector environments.

  • Background working with AI-enabled products, machine learning platforms, or data-driven technologies.

  • Familiarity with AI agent orchestration concepts, multi-agent workflows, prompt engineering, or AI governance frameworks.

  • Experience partnering with engineering organizations building autonomous or AI-assisted software development processes.

  • Join a financially strong, publicly traded technology company with a growing investment in AI and platform innovation.

  • Work on products that solve complex real-world challenges at enterprise scale.

  • Partner directly with engineering, AI, and executive leadership teams.
