ConductorOne is the modern identity governance platform that makes it possible to move beyond the limitations of legacy IGA and reduce the identity attack surface with confidence. Designed for flexibility, ConductorOne provides a broad range of direct connectors to integrate with cloud, infrastructure, on-prem, and homegrown tools. The platform’s Access Fabric brings together previously siloed access and permissions data from across a company’s environment. This provides real-time visibility and dynamic access controls that allow businesses to reduce identity risks, move to just-in-time access, automate access reviews, and manage the full identity lifecycle. The platform delivers intuitive user experiences that help teams get up and running faster, using powerful automation backed by AI to significantly improve productivity. ConductorOne is trusted by forward-thinking enterprises like DigitalOcean, Instacart, NFI, Ramp, and Zscaler.

ConductorOne is looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager to help execute our go-to-market strategy with technical messaging and deliverables for our IGA solution. We are seeking people who enjoy working collaboratively with leadership, product, marketing, sales and customer success to translate technical capabilities into compelling use cases and value propositions for our prospects and customers.

What you’ll do:
  • Develop and own technical product positioning, messaging, and differentiated narratives for our IGA solution capabilities.

  • Create technical marketing content such as solution briefs, competitive battlecards, product demos, and video explainers.

  • Partner with product management and engineering to support launches of new capabilities.

  • Work with executive leadership, solution engineering and customer success to develop tools that resonate with technical decision-makers (e.g., CISOs, IAM architects, DevOps, security and IT teams).

  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends and product development opportunities and shape messaging.

  • Evangelize our solutions at webinars, industry events, and customer briefings.

You would be an excellent candidate if….
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or solutions engineering in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company.

  • Experience marketing to security, IT, GRC, and DevOps personas.

  • Deep understanding of the identity and access management (IAM) market and related compliance regulations.

  • Demonstrable knowledge of cloud technology, infrastructure, security, and coding (e.g. AWS, Terraform, Go, etc.)

  • Strong technical writing and storytelling skills; able to clearly articulate technical topics to both business and technical audiences.

  • Comfort presenting to varied audiences about industry, company, and technical topics (in-person, virtual and recorded video).

  • Proven track record of leading product launches and GTM strategies.

  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

Extra Credit if you have…
  • Hands-on experience with identity governance solutions (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza, Lumos, Pathlock), identity platforms (e.g., Okta, Ping, Entra, Azure AD) or privilege management solutions (e.g. CyberArk, Delinea, Hashicorp, BeyondTrust).

  • Prior experience supporting enterprise sales teams and creating deal support materials.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
