About the RoleCoreWeave is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional IT programs across enterprise technology domains. In this role, you will drive structured execution across infrastructure, enterprise systems, security, data, and integrations, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and aligned to measurable business outcomes. You will partner with technical and business stakeholders to build scalable delivery frameworks, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate progress clearly across all levels of the organization.
You will:
- Own cross-functional IT programs from discovery and planning through rollout, stabilization, and operational transition.
- Build and manage integrated program plans including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resource alignment, and success metrics.
- Align initiatives to measurable outcomes such as SLA improvements, automation gains, cost optimization, reliability improvements, and employee experience enhancements.
- Coordinate execution across Infrastructure, Identity, Enterprise Applications, Data, Security, and business teams.
- Establish effective program operating cadences and maintain a clear source of truth for status reporting, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
- Translate technical concepts, architecture discussions, and delivery risks into concise executive-level updates.
- Assess system architectures, integrations, APIs, and data flows to shape pragmatic and scalable implementation plans.
- Proactively manage program risks related to security, compliance, vendor coordination, migrations, and production cutovers.
- Define and monitor KPIs including adoption, ticket volume reduction, reliability, operational efficiency, and time-to-resolution metrics.
- Develop reusable templates, dashboards, playbooks, and operational frameworks to improve delivery maturity across the organization.
- Support product prototyping and customer research initiatives for internally developed tools and platforms.
- 3–5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Business Systems, or related enterprise technology roles.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs spanning infrastructure, SaaS platforms, identity systems, enterprise applications, integrations, or data platforms.
- Ability to interpret and discuss system architectures, APIs, integrations, workflows, and enterprise data flows.
- Strong program management fundamentals including planning, dependency management, risk tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience managing complex programs with multiple technical and business stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
- Demonstrated experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
- Proficiency with program and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and operational mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in high-growth cloud, SaaS, or data center environments.
- Exposure to SOX, SOC 2, or enterprise IT compliance and controls frameworks.
- Familiarity with integration platforms, ITSM tools, enterprise migrations, or M&A integration initiatives.
- Experience supporting infrastructure modernization or enterprise transformation programs.

The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
