At NVIDIA, our mission is to protect the company, its products, and its customers in an increasingly complex cyber-landscape—from research and architecture through development to production and maintenance. As our technologies push the boundaries of what's possible, security must scale seamlessly to keep pace with innovation! We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Secure Development Platform team, which is building frameworks and services that unify security, compliance, and quality across the software development lifecycle. This team is essential in enabling secure product development with minimal friction, while ensuring transparency, auditability, and trust at every stage of the product lifecycle!

This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives that shape how NVIDIA secures its products and platforms at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive cross-functional programs focused on delivering secure development services, platforms, and release frameworks

  • Assist in prioritizing the product roadmap, coordinating the backlog, and aligning priorities among engineering, security, and platform collaborators.

  • Develop and translate business and security requirements into concrete technical roadmaps and deliverables across multiple teams

  • Partner closely with engineering, product security architecture, compliance, and program teams to align timelines and priorities

  • Deliver insights, metrics, and progress reporting to influence leadership decisions and cultivate visibility across engineering and executive teams.

  • Coordinate and connect with partners across teams to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely response to emerging risks or issues.

  • Identify and remove obstacles to program execution while ensuring clarity of scope, achievements, and success metrics.

  • Identify risks and dependencies early, and proactively work with collaborators to mitigate them

  • Deliver clear, concise status and communication to senior leadership and engineering partners

What We Need to See:

  • 5+ years proven experience in technical program management or engineering management in a security, infrastructure, or developer productivity environment

  • Strong understanding of secure software development practices, software release processes, and product lifecycle frameworks

  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable software deliverables and drive execution across multiple engineering teams.

  • Experience with compliance and release-readiness, including knowledge of security policy enforcement and reporting

  • Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and security teams

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

The base salary range is 132,000 USD - 253,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech
