We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with a passion for healthcare innovation and experience managing complex data-driven product portfolios. You will play a key leadership role in ensuring our clinical registry products meet user needs, regulatory standards, and the highest performance benchmarks. This role requires technical fluency, program oversight, cross-functional coordination, and a deep commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

As TPM for Clinical Registries, you will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple registry implementations. You’ll collaborate with engineering, product, abstractors, researchers, and external stakeholders to scope enhancements, monitor quality, and continually improve user experience and abstraction accuracy. You’ll also champion analytical rigor and root cause investigation, helping us iterate and evolve our AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities:Product Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, research, sales, and customer success to define product requirements and timelines for clinical registry solutions.
  • Synthesize complex registry requirements into clear, actionable user stories and documentation for product enhancements.
  • Conduct user interviews and observe abstractor workflows to gather feedback and prioritize iterative improvements.
  • Manage concurrent timelines for multiple clinical registry implementations, ensuring consistent delivery and roadmap alignment.
Continuous Improvement & Quality Culture
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement across accuracy, coverage, and throughput.
  • Lead structured root cause analyses and process mapping to identify workflow friction, abstraction errors, and failure modes.
  • Design and implement Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles to pilot changes and assess impact.
  • Promote a culture of data stewardship, continuous learning, and accountability across product and engineering teams.
Data Analysis, QA, and Performance Measurement
  • Develop, track, and communicate metrics around AI-assisted abstraction quality, coverage, and accuracy
  • Partner with QA and ML teams to categorize error types and failure modes, and suggest targeted improvements to models or workflows.
  • Participate in validation and verification efforts to ensure abstraction outputs meet clinical and operational standards.
What you’ll need:
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical or data-centric healthcare products or programs.
  • Strong familiarity with clinical data workflows, registries, and abstraction challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for clinical stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Experience using data visualization and analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to derive insights and drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and program management frameworks
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills—able to drive alignment across distributed teams.

Data analysis experience, including defining error taxonomies, performance metrics, and data driven continuous improvement analysisBonus: Familiarity with AI/ML systems

Salary Range : $106,000 to $117, 200
