About the Role

We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate key technical initiatives that drive customer success and adoption of the Checkmarx One platform. You’ll manage complex, cross-functional programs—spanning migrations, onboarding, integrations, and custom enterprise projects—to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and measurable customer outcomes.

This role requires a balance of technical fluency, program leadership, and customer focus. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Security teams to ensure customers achieve success with Checkmarx’s solutions from implementation through long-term adoption.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead complex, customer-facing technical programs from planning to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Build and optimize program management processes that enhance consistency, visibility, and scalability across global teams.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on scope, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Drive continuous improvement across operations by identifying gaps and leading change initiatives.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on program progress, metrics, and success outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted technical liaison for enterprise customers, ensuring delivery aligns with their architecture and business goals.
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex technical programs in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record leading customer delivery programs such as migrations, onboarding, or integrations.
  • PMP or Scrum certification required.
  • Strong technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, SDLC and integrations.
  • Demonstrated experience building scalable delivery frameworks and improving global operational processes.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience reporting to executives.
  • Comfortable collaborating across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, FedRAMP, GDPR, ISO 27001) preferred.
