OU Education Services is seeking a Technical Project Manager, Enterprise Systems & Integrations to lead delivery of complex enterprise technology initiatives across our growing online education ecosystem, spanning CRM implementation, system integrations, data lake and data platforms, migration, automation, and AI solutions.
This is a hands-on role that works deeply across both the technical and operational sides of delivery. The successful candidate pairs strong technical fluency with disciplined project leadership: they understand system architecture, integration dependencies, data flows, environments, and testing strategy, and translate that complexity into clear execution plans and business outcomes. They engage directly with architects, engineers, administrators, analysts, vendors, and business leaders, ask technically informed questions, identify gaps and dependencies, and drive initiatives from solution design through production and stabilization. The role partners closely with OU IT on their technical roadmap and leads our CRM readiness and data platform workstreams.
We also work in an AI-forward way. OUES is intentionally moving toward AI-native operations, and we are looking for a project manager who already uses generative AI tools and agents to accelerate delivery and remove blockers. This is a strong plus and a differentiator for this role.
