Prelim is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join the Implementation Team. If you're passionate about improving banking and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.


As a Project Manager at Prelim, you will be responsible for leading new projects and completing projects on time and within budget. You will play a key role in helping customers to go live and driving customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction by providing expert guidance, training, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer deployments and work with stakeholders on timelines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs
  • Drive adoption and meet with important stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Provide ongoing customer support, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product training
  • Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and drive product improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Passion for helping customers succeed and drive business results
