At Mammoth Growth, we're seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead multiple client accounts and coordinate our technical teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage concurrent data projects, and excels at translating client needs into actionable deliverables.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and lead multiple client accounts simultaneously, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Coordinate workloads and tasks for analytics engineers and architects across various projects including sprint management in tools such as Jira or Asana
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure on-time delivery
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining scope, budget, and quality standards
  • Implement and leverage custom AI tools to optimize project workflows and efficiency
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients
  • Monitor project KPIs and prepare status reports for stakeholders
  • Lead regular stand-ups and client meetings to maintain project momentum

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of technical project management experience, preferably with data or analytics projects
  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with technical teams
  • Strong understanding of data infrastructure, analytics workflows, and technical requirements
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate between technical and business contexts
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and GCP cloud platforms
  • Understanding of basic concepts and best practices of data transformation using tools such as dbt
  • Familiarity with engineering workflows including GitHub/repositories, pull requests, and version control

Bonus Experience

  • Experience with AI implementation, AI-augmented project management
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • PMP, CAPM, or related project management certification
  • Experience in consulting environment with client-facing responsibilities
