Job Description

We are looking for Technical Project Manager in Seattle, WA for 9+ months contract position.

Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: 9 months contract with possibility of extension

Client: Direct Client


Required Skills:

• Scrum Master Certified (CSM)

• 5-10 years TPM experience working with enterprise development teams including 2-3 years’ experience working as a certified scrum master and 3 years’ experience managing and participating in progressively more complex technology projects

• Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies and best practices including project planning, resource management, consensus building, and process improvement

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams

• Strong customer focus and excellence in relationship management with key partners

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop consensus across organizational lines

• Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills

• Ability to excel and adapt to a demanding, constantly changing environment

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a cooperative effort



Qualifications

Desired Skills:

• Experience managing projects in conjunction with LEAN and Agile SDLC practices

• Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft products including: Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint

• Experience managing organizational change in coordination with implementing technical improvements

• Experience in higher education especially with a large, complex research university

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

• Business Certification Program (BACP)

• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
