We are looking for an exceptional (technology-focused) recruiter to support Businessolver’s phenomenal growth; and deliver talented, bright, and driven Technologists.

This role will be a three month assignment providing software engineering, IT operations and Product recruiting in support of a full-time recruiter who is on leave.  The position is a fully work-from-home opportunity.  We are targeting a start date of late February with the role likely running through early June.  

Ideal candidates will have experience with both outbound and inbound recruiting.  The ability to direct source technical talent through email, social media, research etc....but also efficiently manage internal processes as well as recruiting systems, reports and meetings.

The Gig:

  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage expectations
  • Must understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the ability to assess organizational fit as well as candidate motivations…rather than selling a role
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market outreach and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates and demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences
  • Manage the overall recruitment process in a detailed and accurate fashion including:
    • Documentation of interviews, compensation information & candidate feedback
    • Adherence to a multi-step interview & assessment process
    • Acknowledging & reinforcing Hiring Manager budgets, hiring forecast dates & compensation guidelines
  • Identify the right people, with the right skills, in the right place at the right time

What you need to make the cut:

  • 5+ years of overall recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
    • We’re not looking for any post-and-pray recruiters!
  • 3+ years’ experience in IT/Technical Recruiting
  • Ability to be engaging, assertive and persistent within a dynamic, high growth environment
  • Understand the vision, appreciate the culture and can convey why we do what we do
  • Experience working with recruiting and HCM tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets
